 * This app is supposed to be an extension for PWA but when u download it, you cant
   use it because there is nothing, no panel nothing. No documentation to help neitheir.

 * As explained in the plugin’s [description](https://wordpress.org/plugins/pwa/#tab-description),
   you can enable Offline Browsing by going to Reading Settings screen. There is
   no separate screen for PWA since its interface is incorporated into the relevant
   screens of WordPress core, including Reading Settings, General Settings (for
