# Notes to Customer

 * Hi there,
 * I am wondering how I can send a “Note to customer” via email.
 * When I write a “Note to Customer” it appears in the customer’s account and in
   the back-end of WC. Unfortunately, there is nothing that notifies the client 
   that he/she has received a note.
 * Is it possible to send a specific email when this kind of note is written (maybe
   by creating a new email template) ? Or can I include notes to customer to an 
   existing email template?
 * I would really appreciate if someone can help me on how it can be done.

 * When you select NOTE TO CUSTOMER an email with the message is sent to customer.
   
   When you select PRIVATE NOTE, the message is only posted on order page. Try again,
   I am 100% sure about what I am saying. If an email is not sent, your shop has
   a problem.

 * Hi catboulin,
 * Unfortunately it doesn’t work. Other emails are sent normally, that’s why I am
   asking here. Except that, all WooCommerce is ok.
 * Do you have any idea what could be the cause of this problem ?
