 * Hi, was wondering if and how I could change the special notes message (Notes –
   please let us know about any special needs, birthdays, etc.)? Went into the files
   and couldn’t find where.

 * The string is in /wp-content/plugins/resres/public/views/public.php line 1125,
   but it is also translatable so you could use a function like this to change it

 * Just one last thing, how would you make it required? I tried replicating the 
   code from one of the required options, but I unforgettably know just enough php
   to get by.

 * Not easily as the main form uses PHP validation in case a customer doesn’t have
   JavaScript enabled.
 * I can add it as a possible feature request, but I’ll be honest and say if it 
   does get included it will be in the premium version.
