 * You can hook into the [ef_dashboard_notepad_edit_cap](https://github.com/Automattic/Edit-Flow/blob/master/modules/dashboard/widgets/dashboard-notepad.php#L23)
   filter to alter the required capabilities for accessing/writing to the notepad.
