Not_Parsed / No Mapping Options, only one field

Hi everyone, I am trying to import products into my website and there doesn’t seem to be multiple options for mapping the columns in woo when I’m importing my csv and it just comes up with an error – Not_Parsed and there are crosses next to all of the products in the list. I refresh and no products are in my shop, can anyone help at all? Thanks
