 * just install on wp 3.9.1 and its doesnt work.
 * Contact form 7 and Lightbox Plus Colorbox are correctly install.
 * can you help me ?

 * Make sure that Lightbox Plus Colorbox works.
 * By that I mean put an image into a post or page and click on it to see if it 
   works. If not, neither this plugin won’t.
 * Read the other messages and you’ll see the fix.
 * The problem is with Ligbox Plus Colorbox.
 * An workaround would be to install colobox js library (that’s why it’s not working
   for you).
 * I’ll try to ditch the dependency of “Lightbox Plus Colorbox” it gets more and
   more unstable.
 * So: Install Colorbox.js library or a module that supports this library.

 * Instead of Lightbox Plus Colorbox try Simple Colorbox and it will work
