# Not WPML compatible?

 * Hi,
    we have a shop in 3 languages. With the base language (german) it works.
   But if the user switch to another language (english, french) the gift is going
   out from the cart and if i add it to the cart again is not really in the cart,
   in the checkout is not showing.
 * Any ideas,

 * You must translate every gift for every language, try to use Native WooCommerce
   product editing.

   have in mind ** that you must translate everything: Gift categories, Gifts and
   Products. ***Cache **must be disabled on Cart, Checkout etc pages…

 * I have the same problem. I have a shop in German and English but the plugin is
   only working for the English shop. I did translate everything: Gift categories,
   Gifts and Products but still not working…

    **1**. you need to check 
   translated gifts – are they having right Gift category for every language. **

   I also replied via email ticket.
