# Not works – plugin

 * Hello to all,
    I downloaded this plugin for a website in WordPress. But I can
   not get it to work. When I go to the button and compile the data, then nothing
   tells me and everything disappears. Why? What should I do? It’s urgent!

   for the inconvenience, do you see any errors in front-end , back-end? Can you
   check error logs if you see any errors showing in there? have you configured 
   it correctly as mentioned in our [documentation](https://www.angelleye.com/category/docs/offers-for-woocommerce/)?
   Please take a look and make sure you follow the exact step and you will not face
   any issue.

 * Hi, thanks for the answer and the interest.
    I checked again, but nothing works.
   When I go to the product and click on the button, I compile and then nothing 
   more tells me and everything disappears. I need help. I’m sending you site access
   so you can see it from the inside, okay?

   here and include the logs from our plugin for our review and also share necessary
   information along with the ticket so that I can test and see whats going on there..
