Not working…and no help here

    I definitely see the need for documentation on this thing…followed all directions I could find, but still getting “Failed to connect to cPanel with credentials provided. Error returned was… CPanel: Access denied”…have a Q about the server…it IS a sub-domain, but a valid one…is the cPanel Password the same as the Security Key?…if so, then where the heck to you enter the cPanel User Name?…otherwise I’m just baffled…
