Just installed on WordPress 4.0. Created guest-author profile, no problem. But when I try to view the guest author’s profile, WordPress cannot find the profile page.
I’m uncertain as to why it just stopped working for me. Is it a conflict with another plugin? Is it WordPress 4.0? I love this plugin, if the authors could get back to us it would be most appreciated 🙂
I would also love to see it properly working for WP 4.0….
Hoepfully the authors of the plugin will come back to us and check this out…even though the chances seem to be very low (last update march of 2014….. 🙁
Yes, really a problem, seems no support anymore. Several Support Threads are still without answer. 🙁 seems to work for some 4.0 user, but many have problems.
Yeah it would be so good if we could have someone get in contact with us 🙂 Please 🙂
Let us all know, if you find an answer, by replying to this post. They are a WP VIP plugin, so it should be fixed with time.

A number of WP VIP plugins haven’t been updated in over two years. Several of the plugins listed on Automattic’s own site aren’t updated in spite of reports that they are broken on recent versions of WordPress: http://automattic.com/wordpress-plugins/
Is somebody able to confirm that Automattic is planning to continue to develop this plugin? I don’t want to hold off on updating to 4.0 due to compatibility issues with a plugin is no longer in development.
