    Hi,
I thought I had a very simple set-up but something not working.
I have two rules, cart total under $39 shipping is $X, cart total above $39.01 shipping is Y.
The first rule is working fine, even with multiple items that add up to under this amount.
however when the cart total is above $39 where the second rule would apply I get this message:

“There doesn‘t seem to be any available shipping methods. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”

If I take an item out of the cart to reduce it to under the $39 where the first rule would apply, it works again.
I have tried setting the max with * and with $1000 and neither works.
I have tried having just simple products in the cart, as some of my products are bundled products, but same issue regardless of what is in the cart

Any ideas as to where to look?
    Julie

    Hi Julie,

Could you please post a screenshot of your table rate settings? I can try to take a look and point you in the right direction.

Please be aware that WooCommerce caches shipping rates. This can cause there to be a delay between entering settings and them becoming active. This can be temporarily disabled by enabling the shipping debug setting on the WooCommerce > System Status > Tools page.
