Not working with LS Cache – so support deletes plugin!

I was giving that plugin a chance for a week – but first problems occurred pretty fast: animations not working if not logged in (thought this was due to caching) and sticky elements not working. (plus 1-2 minor problems). I contacted support, and Habibur first only solved the little issues without talking about the main problems. Then he said, everything is now working. He managed it by deleting my LS Cache Plugin with all my settings, which took hours to set up initially. (Luckily you can always restore at my server…)
So to me this plugin seems like an absolutely stunning idea—but at this stance (November 2025) not ready to ship. And never noticed such a breach of trust with a support guy (deleting plugins..not deactivating, deleting!!).
