Please create a new support thread and share the following information so we can help look into the issue for you:
- Your site’s system status – You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
- Fatal error – Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools, check the dropdown for a recent log labelled “fatal-error”, click view to access it and copy it.
