    My apologies for missing your ticket, I would be happy to help! To be sure, is your free shipping method in the same package as the shipping option you are trying to hide? This is a requirement for the code snippet to work as packages are entirely separate from each other. The code snippet will only hide the shipping methods of the package containing the free shipping method.
