• Resolved SocialSparkMedia

    (@socialsparkmedia)

I’m trying to put Simple Social Plugins in the Header Right area OR the Footer 3 Widget and it won’t show up in either place. Not even the Title shows up, it’s just blank. I tried it locally with the same setup and turned off all of the plugins except Simple Social Icons and it doesn’t work there either. I am using Enterprise Pro theme.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi, SocialSpark.

Thanks for sharing that link! I see icons in your header right and footer three widget areas. Perhaps you were able to resolve this?

If not, feel free to share the browser and operating system you’re using – I’d be happy to retest it for you.

Thanks Nick, I’m still not seeing them in Chrome on Mac OS 10.10.5. I do see them in Firefox though.

    I appreciate your help!

I just retested in Chrome on 10.10.5, and all looks well so far:

    Header right: http://d.pr/i/12C2E
    Footer three: http://d.pr/i/118Jj

For me they look the same in Chrome as they do in Firefox.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache? It might be worth a shot.

Do you see any error messages in Chrome’s Console? (Command + Option + J to open.)

    Hey Nick,
I’m back at home now on my desktop (instead of my laptop) and I see it as well, so it must just be a caching issue or something weird like that.

    Thanks for your time!
