I have a website with a custom login form on the front-end using the Theme My Login plugin. The problem is that this plugin uses wp-login.php for logging in. I changed all the wp-login.php instances to login (which is what I renamed it to with your plugin), but it’s still going through wp-login.php when someone logs in or registers.

Could you contact the plugin author and tell them this? I can’t change anything about their plugin… They’re hardcoding wp-login.php, which is why this plugin doesn’t work with it.
Tell them they should use wp_login_url() instead of hardcoding it, this plugin will then change it to the right url.
You can take a look at this: http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_login_url

It’s not hard for them to change this! 🙂
