Does it work on Chrome for you? I tested on both Chrome, Firefox? it worked for me on both cases. Attached is the screenshot showing the COOKIES being registered in a Firefox browser.

Yes the cookies are registered in the browser in both Firefox and Chrome but my issue is that for some reason, the gravity form only receives the utm parameters in Chrome. They are not showing up in the utm parameter form fields upon submission in Firefox.
@joshuabl , it populates fine on both browsers (see my screenshot). I do not see any problem. If you can provide a reproducible example, I’d happy to take a look at it again.

@haktansuren, I did a bit of testing and discovered the issue occurs in when the utm parameters are set on a different page than the form. Below is a screen recording demonstrating this:

Thanks for clarifying the problem @joshuabl. I see you are using CloudWays cache and another cache plugin (Breeze?), When there is no UTMs in the query args, I think the page is loaded form cache and the utm fields become empty.
We’ve actually improved this in V3 very greatly. If you upgrade to V3, I think it will work because in V3, we leverage client side for populating the fields.
@haktansuren, thanks for the information.
When will V3 be released? We’re running V2.7.22 and it doesn’t seem like there aren’t any updates available at the moment.
Hi @joshuabl ,
V3 is a paid upgrade. You can find more info here utmgrabber.com
@haktansuren, I didn’t realize this but we actually have v3 for a couple of our other sites so I did a quick test in Firefox and it worked fine. Thanks for help.
Any idea why we would be having this issue in Firefox specifically and not other browsers?
@joshuabl I do not think this is Firefox related, this looked like a caching issue to me. Feel free to join our Slack channel if you want to DM me in more details.
