Not working with Elementor Popup

Hi

I am using the plugin and it works fine on normal pages, but when I try to add form in an elementor popup the field doesn’t work.

Need help!

Hi @Muhammad Rehman, have some issues with Elementor popup with gravity forms.

I suggest to use popup maker plugin.

Hi @kaisarahmmed

The forum community link that you shared is more than 2 years old, and the latest gravity form and Elementor popup work great with each other, The form which I made in gravity form is working fine on the Elementor popup as well except smart phone field.

It seems like your plugin JS is not working with Elementor popup.

Hi @muhammad-rehman,

Did you add multiple select fields and recaptcha field in gravity forms, and use it in the Elementor popup?

I tested. You can check by click on it. Let me know If you can do it.

In the example link, there is no smart phone field placed in the popup form that is a normal gravity form phone field click here to see the screenshot.

Try to add smart phone field in the popup and check how it is working at your end.

How was this resolved?

I am facing the same issue.

I am using elementor pro and gravity – Everything works perfectly in the popups, JUST the smart phone field is not working.
