I’d recommend visiting WP Admin > Settings > Permalinks and clicking “Save” to reset your permalinks. Then, visiting /docs/
(or whatever you may have set the slug to) should load the main docs view.

Thanks it worked for the main page. But not for the single. Whatever I do the singular never takes the template. Archives are recognized. Search results also. But not singe document. Any idea?
I’m facing the same issue as I can’t display a single document with the elementor single template I made. I’m able to choose the display conditions for every document in the theme builder, but even if I save that and even save the permalinks in wp settings, I can’t have Elementor to show the single document with the template.
Please advise on how to solve this issue.
Thanks
Hi, I am not familiar with elementor, but in the wider WP world, there’s a template hierarchy: https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/basics/template-hierarchy/#custom-post-types
Our plugin uses the archive-bp_doc.php
and single-bp_doc.php
templates to display these items. You can overload them by adding a docs
directory to your theme and adding your custom version there.
