Not working with custom post types

I have tried your plugin which is a really good idea to solve different ordering of the same posts for different taxonomies but unfortunately, it doesn´t detect my CPT.

I have 5 different CPTs with Custom taxonomies each but the plugin can’t just see them on the settings page.

Do you think there is anything else I can do in order to make it work for me?
