Not Working With Custom Post Types

    I am using Fringe Tech Premium theme which have custom post types option.
    In the custom post editor screen I can see the “Simple Tags – Setting” dialog box, but under that(Toggle to Expand) nothing available.

    Please Help!

    Also Related posts shows always “No related posts.”
    it is to be noted that I am not using WP 3+.
