Not Working with Custom Order Status for WooCommerce

Hi,

I’ve updated your plugin to Version 3.1.1 and it does not work with the any orders that are using a custom status (using the “Custom Order Status for WooCommerce”).

The ‘add tracking’ action does not appear. Example: https://prnt.sc/ugd12n

The ‘add tracking’ button does appear on orders with a standard status, such as ‘Processing’ – https://prnt.sc/ugd1ij

Can you please make that fix? Thanks

Hi, this is not a bug, we added the option to choose on which order status to display the add tracking option in the order actions menu.

Navigate to the AST settings to set this option.

Hmm, still a problem.

In the settings “On which Order status to display Add Tracking icon in the Order Actions menu?” I selected them all, but still not showing. How can we fix this?

Which order status manager plugin are you using? Can you send me a plugin URL? So we will check it.

Custom Order Status for WooCommerce

All of my custom order status’s appear on the AST settings under the “On which Order status to display Add Tracking icon in the Order Actions menu?” area, and I have selected them all and saved changes. Thanks

We checked the option to choose on which order status to display the add tracking option in the order actions menu with Custom Order Status for WooCommerce By Tyche Softwares plugin and its working fine. We can’t replicate this issue. Maybe you have some conflict with some other plugin. Can you try with activating only WooCommer, AST, and Custom Order Status for the WooCommerce plugin and see if it works.

I rolled back your AST plugin to Version Version 3.1 and now suddenly it works…
