# Not working with caching enabled

 * Hi. We are using your plugin but it doesnt seem to work 100% with caching enabled?
   It there any setting within the plugin to make sure he works 100% when caching
   is enabled? The popup shows ones and then he goes into cache and never shows 
   again. We have free version from wordpress.org.
 * That’s because of cookies. Check of our docs for closing and conversion cookie-

    What is the cache plugin you are using?
 * Try to change the “ustom URL” rule by the “Page Type” rule equals to Front Page.

 * Hi [@jun-e-jay](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jun-e-jay/) it seems to be
   an issue in your site that is preventing admin-ajax.php to execute.
    That is 
   default wordpress url for ajax requests and your site it’s redirecting it to /
   home. I would start by deactivating other plugins to see if any is affecting 
   admin-ajax.php

 * Hi, where do you see this error with admin-ajax.php? Because the whole website
   works fine as far as I can see?

 * I checked the network console in the browser developers tools to see the ajax
   request and I saw that error.
