Not working with Avada shortcodes

I am using a shortcode within one of the Custom Tabs – The drawings and documents tab on the page above. It shows an arrow from the carousel but nothing else. Any ideas? Here is the Avada shortcode I am trying to use.

Hi @cpsharp,

I believe I’ve seen this issue before. I’m pretty sure the cause of the issue is that the tab is hidden on page load and the shortcode needs to specify dimensional parameters and it can’t because the tab is hidden.

What exactly is your shortcode trying to generate? Is it an Avada Image Gallery?

Ah, it is an image carousel. It would look like this page’s image carousel (the one under box loading for example).

If you load the original page you sent over, go to the tab, and then resize your window, you’ll notice that the carousel displays properly – so our tabs are recognizing it correctly but there’s an issue with the carousel’s initial load.

Can you reach out to Avada’s support team and ask them about this issue? I think they have some code that can force a height/width for carousels that are hidden on page load.
