Can I ask what plugin you are using to create the color swatches?
I’m being defeated in my attempts to recreate the problem because all the plugin I try correctly display the color circles. Without being able to recreate the problem, I can’t debug it. I suspect that my plugin is taking a higher priority than the one you are using, but I need to be able to test that.

Hi,
I checked and is not plugin. It’s custom made in theme I’m using. I can send you theme and tell you where is the code if you give me email or something.
If I decide to buy some plugin, are you compatible with WooSwatches plugin?

You can contact me directly at markupbyattribute@mail.com.
WooSwatches is inexpensive enough that I can consider testing with it. But, let’s try some testing with the theme first.
With @dtacer’s help, we’ve identified the problem, and I will have a release that fixes it by 4/18/2020.
This problem has to do with the load order of the code, and may affect any theme or plugin that modifies the way the options are displayed on a product page. Essentially, if Markup by Attribute loads last, it will overwrite any modifications already made.
The next release will fix this problem and will introduce a new feature that allows the attribute name to include the markup, if desired.
