Not working well on Mobile or iPad

I have this plugin installed on multiple websites and I’ve noticed recently that all of them are glitchy when playing on mobile (tested on my HTC Hero, a relatively new phone) and on the iPad.
The glitches are so bad it makes this plugin nearly unusuable for responsive websites. What’s the deal?
