Thanks for trying my plugin! 🙂
From what I can see, you have selected the classname .sticky-menu
as the element you want to make sticky.
However, you have more than one element on the page with that classname:

Because of that, my plugin doesn’t know which one of the two needs to be sticky.
I’m not sure where the second one comes from. This could be from either another plugin, or perhaps the theme itself. Maybe since the theme has it’s own sticky menu functionality, it could create this conflict?
If the page has only one element with that classname, it should be working again.
it’s interesting.. I only have one div of sticky element.. the next one is ‘clone’..
How can I delete it?
I’m not sure what’s going on here. Can you disable Legacy mode and see if that works?
disabling legacy mode takes it away completely so that’s even worse
Any idea Where can I find that clone element so that I can delete it?
I’d need to see it in non-legacy mode to see why things are not working well but I understand that might not be possible on your live site.
Could you try turning on Dynamic mode in the plugin settings and see if that makes any difference?
If that also doesn’t help, please turn on Debug Mode. This will help me diagnose the issue in a bit more detail.
ok it’s in debug mode thanks
From what I can see, the menu now becomes sticky — can you verify if that works now?
I have no idea why it does that only when in debug mode (it shouldn’t really make a difference), but it seems it does?
By me the menu items are still not visible when in sticky mode
In the plugin configuration, you have a setting where the menu will only be sticky on screens larger than 1550 pixels, so if your screen is smaller than that, you will indeed not see it when you scroll down.
For any screen larger than that, the plugin works for me:
