Not working to create new List

Hi !

I try to install Blog Manager Light on localhost with Xampp.

Error:
“Oops! Please check form for errors.”

I can’t open the drop down menu!

Seems like this plugin does not work at all.

I also tried the bought full plugin “Blog-Manager”, but there i get the same error
