Are you using the MH Elegance lite theme from WordPress.org or are you using a different version of MH Elegance or a different theme:
What shortcodes are you using for the tabs?
Did you copy some example shortcodes from somewhere & paste them into your page content? If so, please delete those and retype them manually – in case the example code you copied in had invisible characters to prevent the shortcodes being activated on the original site.
Are the tabs working when your theme is switched to a default theme such as twentyfifteen?
Do the tabs function if you temporarily deactivate all other plugins?
me using the free version of the theme.
short codes used are –
[tabby title=”Tab 1″]
[tabby title=”Tab 2″]
[tabby title=”Tab 3″]
[tabbyending]
Yes, its working on other themes, issue is only with this one.
deactivated all plugins – its still not working.
please provide a link to a page on your site where you are using the tabby shortcodes.
I have installed mh elegance lite onto a test site and Tabby Responsive Tabs is working perfectly with the theme active.
Have you edited the theme files at all on your site?
When I view the page source on your site I cannot see the tabby.js being loaded in the footer as it should be. Normally this issue would occur when the required wp-footer hook is missing from the theme.
Does the footer.php in the folder for the active theme on your site contain the line to include wp-footer hook before the closing body tag?
eg:
<?php wp_footer(); ?>
</body>
thanks, theme edit was the issue. its fixed now.
