Below copy of the plugin will fix the error due to rename login page issue for Register, Login, Lost password, Password reset email link.

Please upload the zip as Add a new plugin and replace it with the existing AIOS plugin.
Let me know if you still face any issue.
The fix will be in next release of AIOS.

I have downloaded the the new zip file.
I am still getting spammed in my dashboard under (User and in the Unconfirmed User.)
Is there anything else I can do or add in another anti spam for the unconfirmed user? Thank you again.

Can you please disable the AIOS and check if still the issue is there. ?
Also if you provide the dashboard for user ( Screen shot ) I may know it is of any another plugin and have conflict with AIOS.
