not working on wp 4.8 locked out of sites

    Its not working, I cant get in on all 3 sites, its not my sites, its the needed update

    urgent help needed here please

    Plugin was installed as per usual.

    Today I can login to all 4 sites now.

    What would’ve caused that to stop all my sites at once not allow my codes to work ?
