  • Hi,

    As your site is in Comming soon mode, I can’t really see what’s happening there. I’ve tried the theme on my side, on Mac and iOS and didn’t see that behavior before.
    Can you please share the exact devices and browsers you are using?

    Regards,
    Rodica

    Hi @rodicaelena

    I have disabled “Coming Soon” mode for you to be able to check it out.

    The issue has occured on my iPad Mini 2, iPhone SE and iPhone 7, all running the latest version of iOS13.

    This has also occurred on an older iMac I have but running the latest version of Safari.

    Hi,

    Thanks, I’ve had a look and indeed there’s an issue on your site on certain devices. Can you please let me know if you are going to Appearance > Customize > Header > Mobile, and try to make the logo component smaller, and the menu icon bigger ( just drag them left/right ) has any effect?

    Hi @rodicaelena

    I have tried that now, in multiple different positions and layout, adjusting the sizes to multiple times and testing each but this has made no difference on my affected devices.

    Any other suggestions?

    Hi,

    Is that still happening if you set up the Container Style to Contained https://prnt.sc/q5ojta? I guess you are using Full Width, from what I’ve seen.
    I’m trying to think of things that could interfere in this specific case and cause that.
    Also, is that happening only on the homepage or on the other pages as well?

    Regards,
    Rodica

    Hi @rodicaelena

    Yes, this is still occurring. I tried changing that as you suggested and even tried several versions at different sizes with no difference on my iOS device.
    This happens on every page.
    I have tried disabling all plugins to rule out that and it had no effect on anything, still the same.

    This is really frustrating that I cannot pinpoint what is causing the issue…

    It makes it appear as though some script or CSS isn’t functioning correctly as when this error occurs, the background image for the gallery section stays zoomed and does not scroll with the page correctly…

    No errors in the console or while debugging though makes it hard to pinpoint…

    I just discovered something… I’m using twitter bootstrap 3… Does this template support this?

    How are you using bootstrap 3 more exactly?

    It is imported as part of the theme template within the functions.php:

    function custom_bootstrap_scripts() {
    wp_enqueue_script( ‘jquery-224’, ‘https://code.jquery.com/jquery-2.2.4.min.js’);
    wp_enqueue_style( ‘bootstrap’, ‘https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.7/css/bootstrap.min.css’);
    wp_enqueue_style( ‘bootstrap-theme-style’, ‘https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.7/css/bootstrap-theme.min.css’ );
    wp_enqueue_script( ‘bootstrap’, ‘https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.7/js/bootstrap.min.js’);
    }
    add_action( ‘wp_enqueue_scripts’, ‘custom_bootstrap_scripts’ );

    Then I am just using the bootstrap tags within each page for structure/formatting. I noticed when I removed the bootstrap import it seems to help some aspects of my issue but not all of them.

    Hi,

    That’s not part of the theme, is probably coming from a plugin? In that case, not sure how to help. It’s most likely causing multiple problems, it depends on all the things you’ve enqueued there.

    Regards,
    Rodica

    Hi @rodicaelena

    I added it manually. When I remove it, it fixes some issues with the spacing at the top but the CSS for the background image behind all of the other images and the layout in the section I have at the bottom of the page are still affected on mobile with or without this.

    I have tested it with this code removed and all plugins disabled and still having these issues on mobile… Any other ideas to help out?

    Hi,

    What I would need would be to be able to see your site without any custom code added by you, and the plugins deactivated. And let me know in that case, exactly what the issues are with some screenshots.

    Thank you,
    Rodica
