Not working on Mozilla

    Hello,

    I recently discovered this amazing plugin and installed it on 3 of the websites. It shows wonderfully on my Safari iphone, as well as on Google & Explorer, but for some reason it does not work on Mozilla. I’d appreciate if someone could assist me with this.

    I use Windows 10 and Windows 7. I have tried several computers but the issue persists.

    Hi Luis,

    I think you need to update Mozilla browser. Because I have tested your websites on windows 7 on my machine and it is working fine. If the issue persists after browser update then I will definitely assist you.

    Dear Shahaji,

    Thank you for getting back to me. Mozilla is up to date in all the computers I have checked, that was the first thing I did when I saw that it was not reproducing, also several friends have also checked on their Mozilla with the same result: not working. I’d appreciate your help, please advice. Thank you

    Hi Luis,

    I have tested your websites on Mozilla browser on several windows 7 desktop/laptop machines and it is working fine in INDIA. So, plugin is working fine.

    This issue is NOT resolved. The 3 websites where I have used your plugin have been checked in both Windows 7 and Windows 10, both have also been checked in Canada, USA and Europe and the issue is constant all accross. The plugin has a Mozilla problem.

    Well… what csn I say, it seems to “work” in India, but it does not work in North America nor Europe… did you try the other urls I provided?

    You can use https://imgur.com for image attachments. Just click on screenshot it will showing all the websites screenshots.

    Hi Shahaji,

    Is there a simplier way to send you the screen images, perhaps an email or attaching it here to this threat, other than having to download an app that I don’t use nor I understand? Please advice, I need to resolve this issue ASAP. Thank you
