Not working on Mobiles

    Hello,

    I am pleased that we found the Plugin: Image Hover Effects Ultimate (Image Gallery, Effects, Lightbox, Comparison or Magnifier) today.

    We need to show details and colors in special Thai leather carvings, and after some tests we saw that your plugin “just make it happen.”

    We only have one problem we can only making it working at desktop but not at mobiles.

    What are we doing wrong?

    Please help us out.

    Check there has an option “Border Radius” in Image Settings. Kindly use it to reduce your image.

    also, add some custom CSS to avoid conflicts.

    .oxi_addons__image_magnifier_style_body .oxi-addons-row .oxi_addons__image_magnifier {
    overflow: hidden;
    }

    Hope those settings will avoid this issue.

    Hello biplob018,

    Thank you for your reply.

    We have added the custom CSS and the Boarder option.

    It is now working on must mobiles but not on iPhones. When we use an iPhones the entire photos is totally blurred and deform.

    We also added a second photo, we used the clone so the settings are the same, but the zoom function are not working on this second photo on any device including desktop.

    Please help us out.
