Not working on mobile, shortcode displaying plain text

    Hey, I’ve been trying to display this plugin on our website, it works alright on desktop version but when going on mobile even the shortcode displays as plain text on different browsers and devices. I think it has something to do with the theme I use not wanting to display this kind of element on mobile or something.

    I’m not too savvy at wordpress yet so I’d figured you could help me.

    We’re currently using wpbakery and vellum parallax theme.

    As it turns out, the plugin only works when I’m logged in. Currently trying to get it to work properly still.

    You are totally right, WPBakery is showing no changes at all when I disable the slider plugin, weird thing is I even disabled W3 cache plugin after clearing to no effort as it still displays the website without changes. I’m guessing it really has to do with the way WPBakery handles cache on its own.
    Should I ask for help on the plugin forums or do you guys want to give it a shot?
