Not working on mobile

    Hello,
    I have a client who uses this plugin and it’s been working fine for a long time, but now it’s not working – especially on mobile.
    I have tried and can confirm it works on desktop (for me) but not on mobile.
    I hope you can please advice what we need to do.

    Hi,

    I see it doesn’t work also on desktop.

    The issue is caused by Cookie Yes plugin which blocks GTranslate related scripts to be loaded.

    You can upgrade to our paid version or configure your Content Security Policy properly to not block loading of the required libraries. For more information, please check the browser console.

    Hi,
    I have enabled GTranslate under their (CookieYes) cookie policy, but nothing happens.
    Is this correct please and what I need to add, to allow your plugin to run?

    Hi,

    I think it is not enough, you need to also add exception for Google Translate library. If you are having troubles interpreting issues reported in the browser console, please contact CookieYes plugin support, so they can help you.

    There might be other plugins related to configuring Content Security Policy. You may try to disable plugins one by one to identify which plugin causes the issue.

    From our end we have nothing to do, you know what is causing the issue, so you just need to configure your website appropriately.
