    @dan14, can you provide me your site URL?

    Are you sure your Facebook page is published and available to everyone?

    Are you using free version (http only) or premium (http and https available)?

    Thank you for your quick reply. I would prefer not sending the link to my site if that’s ok. I am using the free version, I was unaware https requires the premium. Did I understand correctly?

    @dan14, yes you understood correctly. https is available in premium version only.
