Not working on categories pages description.

    The plugin is not working with products categories descriptions.

    I have installed Visual Term Description Plugin(https://wordpress.org/plugins/visual-term-description-editor/) to add content on categories pages.
    After the content is added with two pictures, I have noticed that the pictures are not beeing displayed(cannot be displayed because it containd errors).

    On other pages posts the images are working. I cannot provide link for this, because I had to deactivate the plugin for the client to see the images.

    So the plugin is not working for me. It is important to work on all the images on the website.

    Hello, my friend,

    Usually, when the plugin works for some of the images it handles, it works for all of them. But, I guess there could be some exceptions.

    For instance, are the images you mention saved inside the “watched directories” of the plugin. You can look for this property in the plugin settings page. It instructs the plugin to handle images only inside particular directories of your WordPress installation.

    Also, when you say that the images “cannot be displayed because it contains errors” can you be a bit more specific, perhaps provide some more detailed error message or a screenshot?

    One moer thing you can do with these images is add a “?debug=true” at the end of their url and then you will see some debugging output about how the plugin tried to handle them. It is possible that this debugging text could provide useful info on the problem.

    Apart from the above, I would need the plugin to be active on your website in order to debug it directly. However, it could be a test/staging website, if that is an option.
