  • I downloaded the plugin and tried it, while I found that I cannot use it due to the coding problem of the CSV file. I sent them a message to see if I could receive a refund. They replied a few days later without referring to my question regarding so. More than 10 days has passed and I still cannot get a feedback from them. Paddle, claiming that they are just the reseller, threw the question to the developer who is not responding as well! This is a very troublesome case. I would not recommend this plugin. Not only the plugin, their service and their business attitude are not up to an international standard. Very bad purchasing experience!
