Not working in the footer

I have this widget on my main site and a sub-domain. It works on the main site http://www.faithonview.com but not on the subdomain daily.faithonview.com. The subdomain does not have any plugins that the main site does not have. Previously, I was told by the developer the issue was lazy-loading but I disabled all lazy loading and that didn’t fix it. Further, there is no lazy loading on the subdomain that isn’t on the main site. I would love to get this fixed.
