Not working in one of th sites

    Hi,

    I started using this plugin about a week ago, and it is great since it helps my site being faster than before with other systems.

    However, in one of my sites simply does not work.

    I use the same plugins and themes in all my sites, this one has polylang to be multilanguage, that is the big difference with other sites.

    I have tried different configurations and noting work.

    The analitics is showing zero visits, and the analitics code is not being showed on the html of the page.

    Check error_log and wp-admin/error_log for any relevant errors.

    If nothing stands out, test another theme and selectively deactivate plugins, especially ones that might integrate or interfere with CAOS.

    Hi Rui,

    Out of curiosity: what hsppens when you disable the Polylang plugin? Does CAOS start working then?

    Are there any other differences, besides plugins and themes? A different server maybe? PHP version?

    Hi there,

    I tried without Polyland.

    PHP is 7.3

    And yes, I am using a different server than other websites.

    I am hosting at Hostgator in a VPS.

    I don’t think the issue is related to hosting.

    On cPanel the error log is empty.

    To clarify, I wasn’t referring to the cPanel error log applet. To view the correct files, you must do the following:

    1. Open the cPanel file manage
    2. Navigate to “public_html”
    3. Look at the file called “error_log”
    4. Navigate to “public_html/wp-admin”
    5. Look at the file called “error_log”
