Not working in Internet Explorer 10 or 11

Has anybody noticed that this widget for WordPress does not seem to work in Internet Explorer 10 or 11 or am I doing something wrong? Firefox and Chrome seem to work fine. Tech Support seems to not even care about answering my other posts. Can anybody tell me what I might be doing wrong, if I am doing anything wrong? Or…is it a glitch in the widget???
