But I update the Chrome to 44.0.2403.89m (latest).
Then, I had also to your problem same(can not expand).

I updated the plugin and the issue has been resolved.
Thanks for being so responsive!
I love the plugin. I’ll be buying the WP Admin UI Customize Multiple Add-on soon.
Keep up the great work.
Also, I’ve been reading a lot of articles about serious issues with Chrome 44, and how it’s really messing up many WordPress sites.
https://ma.ttias.be/chrome-44-sending-https-header-by-mistake-breaking-web-applications-everywhere/
https://spunmonkey.design/chrome-beta-44-causing-problems-with-httpsssl/
Supposedly the Chrome team knows about it, and they said it’s going to be fixed in the next release, which should come out on Monday.
Interesting thing is, they knew the issue existed in 44 beta, and never fixed it before 44 stable was released. It should have never been released with a known issue this bad.
Is this related? Or does it have more to do with WP 4.2.3?
Just curious.
Thank you for your checked and more information. It was good to work well!
I’m sorry for trouble to you, I think this problem is maybe my code was not good.
In this problem case is maybe when element content is empty and inline of element style.
In other words, element is not displayed on the screen.
I had the same problem even WP 4.1.x and WP 4.0.x after update to Chrome.
So, this problem is maybe not related the it is articles and I had the http (not ssl) even problem.
I also will continue to check my other plugins.
Thank you for the valuable information.
Thanks,
