The plugin is kept up to date, and its working for thousands of others on WP 6.8.1.
I’m as sure as I can be that its (whatever the issue is you’re having?) is completely unrelated to the WP version being used. The plugin runs on WP features that aren’t gonna change, as long as the dashboard page exists like it is I don’t expect it to ever break by a WP update ever.
I can’t even remember the last time a WP related update broke something in any of my plugins 😉
