Not working – Impossible to add fields

    The plugin doesn’t seem to work on our website, we’re following the tutorials to add fields to the export file but it doesn’t work, plus what we’re seeing on our site looks nothing like the tutorial.

    We see links that say “Commmon | Customer | Billing address” etc etc, these links do nothing.

    Then there’s a box that says “Meta Key”
    Then under that one that says “or type meta key here”

    Not possible to drag and drop anything into setup fields.

    Version 3.1.9 – Possible another plugin or something is conflicting?

    Please, visit >WooCommerce>Status>Logs and review last “fatal-error-xxx” file.

    You should check JS errors too.

    WooCommerce logs – One error from last month related to WP Rocket:-

    JS errors – Nothing seems to be shown, it just says “JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 3.3.2
    jquery-migrate.min.js?ver=3.3.2:2”

    I tried refreshing the page several times, nothing else came up.

    I have also installed the plugin on our dev site, which has a more minimal set of plugins, same behaviour. Nothing in the error log at all here.

    Please, view page source and check last lines. Any error messages?

    WordPress version 5.7.2 on dev and main
    WooCommerce 5.0 on Dev, 5.5.1 on main

    View page source in Chrome opens new tab all I see is a lot of code no error messages. Last lines are

    Could you please disable all plug-ins except WooCommerce and export?

    If it won’t help – switch dev website to Storefront theme

    Hi,

    Conflicting plugin is this one:- https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-autolynk-export-import/

    Ha! That’s our custom plug in for the Irish Post Office… typical.

    I guess we can mark this as resolved as this VGP Import Export plugin will shortly be discontinued anyway.
