I tried this on a client’s website for their GMAIL and also on mine for OUTLOOK… settings are correct and it does not work on either of our websites can’t authenticate when sending a test.

We have confirmed that the system is functioning as expected on our end. Can you please verify that the SMTP connection is not blocked from the mail server? If it’s blocked then it will not be working. Please check it.
