    The image will be displayed only if:

    1. you activated the option “Display the featured image of the post” in the section “The featured image of the post”;
    2. the post has a featured image;
    3. your theme supports the “featured post image” function.

    Okay, that works great -thanks! I didn’t have a featured image selected -a very important detail!
