# Not Working for Gravity Forms

 * Hi Support,
 * As the title mentions I can’t seem to get this to work with Gravity Forms.
 * Does it only work with paid Google traffic or will it give me organic or social
   media page sources as well? (If so then I haven’t tested with paid advertising)
 * If it is supposed to work with organic or other sources then its not showing 
   up I have followed the guide and am using the “utm_source” and “utm_campaign”
   parameter values with “allow field to be populated dynamically” in a hidden box.
 * I have “Append UTM variables to all the links automatically (BETA)” ticked.
 * I have disabled WP Fastest Cache with no success.
 * I checked cookies but I don’t know what i’m looking for?
 * Cookies “handl_landing_page”, “handl_url” and “handl_ip” load when using HTTP
   but nothing when using HTTPS. Other cookies do load.
 * Not sure what other troubleshooting I can do? Thanks in advance.

 * I checked your site… Seem like your site only captures via http request not https.
   This might be due to server settings. Please check if you have the following

 * The cookies are now loading but still i’m not getting any information come through
   on my contact form?
 * Any more troubleshooting tips?

 * If i enter “?utm_source=Testing&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=10off&utm_term=
   relocate” at the end of the URL i’m submitting the form to the data comes through
   on an email.
 * I have also tried Contact Form 7 with no luck. Thanks

 * Forgive my ignorance but am i supposed to be putting the shortcode into the URLs
   of advertisements or links I want to track or does this pickup the Google Analytics
   itself?

 * Plugin picks up the UTMs values when a lead comes to your site and captures them
   in client-side. Shortcodes are only for accessing the UTM values or passing them
   to the 3rd party tools within your website.
