NOT WORKING: Exclude lines with blank mail-tags

    I have another webpage using contact form from older version.
    I have a webpage using the latest contact form version.

    Under the MAIL TAB
    Exclude lines with blank mail-tags from output

    does not work, it sends the email with black mail tags
    while the previous webpage’s contact form 7 does not.
