Not Working Correctly: Add New Announcement & Directory funtion assignement

Hello Support,
I’ve done side by side testing with two fresh local installs of WordPress(Version 5.6.1.) and found Front End PM ‘New Announcements’ button does not show for Subscriber,Contributor, Author and Editors roles, after ” Can permitted users add Announcements from front end?” is checked.

Rolled back to older version 5.4.4 of WordPress: Announcement button shows only for Subscriber role when above option is checked and Directory button appears as well, even though ‘show directory in front end’ is unchecked.

And lastly tested ‘show directory in front end’ on WordPress Ver 5.6.1 for both Contributor and Subscriber worked as per function being enabled/disable.

So the function not working when enabled on WordPress Version 5.6.1 is ” Can permitted users add Announcements from front end?”.

Please advise on solution before purchasing the plugin.
